Day 7 Jump Start Raise Your Energy

Welcome to January’s 7 Day Jump Start (you can use this Jump Start anytime you feel like you need to get back on track and find the lightness and happiness in your life- it doesn’t have to be at the start of the New Year). Each Day – I will feature a jump start tip/activity/exercise to help you really get your energy moving and bring you closer to your goals. Today we are on Day 7- you can still start with Day 1.


Day 7 . To achieve a goal- your energy needs to be vibrating at the same level as your goal. Sometimes you might feel spiritually or mentally exhausted- and then you wonder-” how can I raise my energy level so I can magnetize my goals, if I just feel so scattered and worn out?” .  You can begin to shift by using a physical approach. Boost your energy by moving your body.  It doesn’t really matter how you move it- stretching , running, walking, dancing, etc- even just ten minutes will shift your energy to a higher level. You will clear out congestion, create balance and alignment, and raise your energy.

If someone said to you, “If you just move your body for ten minutes a day- you will achieve more of all types of your goals (not just the fitness related goals).” Would you do it? If someone said- “you will make more money, have better relationships, or create the career or biz of your dreams- if you just move your body for ten minutes a day” Would you do it?

To achieve more, we need to energetically be at the the level of our dreams.

Right now… you can begin moving and commit to movement every day- not just as a way to look better- but as part of the overall picture of raising your entire energy vibration level. You can make this fun, too by adding new types of movement- try a video, a class or a one on one session with an expert.

  1. I agree! I am more creative, happier, better to live with and get more done, even if I just do a short workout or get outside and go for a brisk walk! I can’t wait to read the other 6 days!

  2. It is important to be active or engaged in some type of activity that requires movement. Even the “wheels that turn” when we are thinking need to be stimulated into movement. It’s great to have a goal to get that jumpstarted in manydifferent ways.

  3. Thanks Sheri! Yes, I need more energy and being a sloth doesn’t do it for me. I just went exploring in a new neighborhood pushing the double stroller today and was exhausted afterwards but feel nice and energized now. I agree, once you get moving you feel better!
