Day 3 Jump Start Your New Year

Welcome to January’s 7 Day Jump Start (you can use this Jump Start anytime you feel like you need to get back on track and find the lightness and happiness in your life- it doesn’t have to be at the start of the New Year). Each Day – I will feature a jump start tip/activity/exercise to help you really get your energy moving and bring you closer to your goals. Today we are on Day 3- you can still look at yesterday’s blog and start with Day 1.

Day 3 Create a goals photo book. The mind loves pictures. Remember on Day 1- I asked you to start on one item on your Bucket List. Today, your jump start activity is to make a goals photo book. You could use a journal, a notebook, or a photo album. Find pictures that represent your most exciting goals that you want to accomplish in your life (use your bucket list for ideas). Tape or paste into your photo book. My book is a red leather journal (red is a hot prosperity color) and I have pictures taped on pages. I then created captions to really own my goals. Such as… I am so thankful for my condo in Vail- I wrote in present tense like I already was enjoying the completion of my goal.

Every day when you wake up and again when you go to sleep- review your goals book.

  1. Hi Sheri- Nice tip:-) My personal goal for January is to do 30 Bikram Hot Yoga classes for 30 days this month. My intention is to uplevel my self care. Focusing on my intention will help me achieve this. My first time here. I like what you’re doing here! Happy New Year!
