Today’s Coaching Tip:  Bold Breakthroughs

I define a bold breakthrough as something out of the ordinary- a daring breakthrough where people feel that something has definitely shifted.

In order to experience Bold Breakthroughs- I recommend that you work on releasing blocks, limiting beliefs, and old stories that prevent you from stepping forward into your success. Also,  let go of emotions and extra baggage that have been weighing you down for years. This will, then, create a sense of freedom and lightness so you can work with beliefs that empower your path to success. Bold breakthroughs boost your confidence and self-esteem. Get started on your bold breakthroughs today by grabbing a notepad and write down everything that  is pressing on you- your worries. When you are done, carefully fold  up your papers and place them in an envelope. Address the envelope- To: God. You have now released  and allowed God to help you. Next, find a beautiful  box (I have a red leather box- a shoe box will do). Place your letter in the box. Then cut out strips of paper. On your strips, write your wishes for your life. Fold these strips up and place in your box. You have now released your wishes and allowed them to be free to soar.  Notice how you feel. Maybe lighter? More clear? I am lifting you up in my thoughts and setting the intention for your best and highest bold breakthroughs now and into 2013.

I have two gifts for you today- one free and one paid

I enjoy these exercises…. Physical exercise has many benefits to the mind and body. These exercises benefit ones inner being!

Letting go of baggage and old emotions is very freeing. It does make you feel lighter – kind of the same as getting rid of the clutter that surrounds you. You don’t realize how much affect it is having on you until you get rid of it!.

I didn’t realize this was happening now, at the bottom of the e-mail it says Event name: 12 days of Christmas, When: Jan. 12-24, Where: my blog. I didn’t realize the telesummit was for those days & not this event. Did any one else make the same mistake?

  4. I just had a daring breakthrough immediately before reading your post! I was on a website and I contacted them about offering my services to help them blog in exchange for some of their product. This is completely out of character for me to be this forward with someone, but their product is something that would help me in my goal of starting my own embroidery business. I still can’t believe I e-mailed them. I just figured what is the worst that could happen? They would just say “no.”
