Allow Your Imagination to Come Alive

Here is a poem I wrote about my own creative process:

The Flow of Writing

I slowly breathe in and breathe out,

Surrendering to the words,
Giving up control,
Letting the words create
Free flowing thoughts,
Exacting, concentrated thoughts
Pouring my soul and my love into each word
Caressing each word
Blessing the thoughts
Thinking of you
What do you need?
A heart touched? A mind awakened?
A spirit healed? A peaceful heart?
Encouragement and to be cherished? A gift? To laugh?
I let go, spent in my love and passion for thoughts and words
Time stands still
Finished, beautiful, blessed and loved.
I sigh and savor the creation.

Thanks for the inspiration. Always something to think about & that’s a blessing! (ps Do you get comments on your videos? This one reminds me of “Calgon, take me away!”)
