What are your best planning and goal setting tips?

Just about everyone on the planet engages in some type of planning or goal setting around the new year- even if you don’t set resolutions (I don’t do traditional resolutions anymore).

I am curious about your process…

Do you look at what is working and amplify it?

Do you look at what didn’t work and fix it or nix it?

Do you have a logical methodical process?

or are you intuitive and let inspiration hit you and then act?

What tools do you use? A planner? a calendar? Are you completely paperless?

Have you created a New Year’s ritual? I would love to hear your thoughts.

Warmest,

    1. Hi Daphne,
Yep…nothing happens until there is some action…I like your action plans…great idea to post a video of Jack Canfield…love his book The Success Principles… Warmest, Sheri

  1. Hi Sheri
The New Year is a time I use as a reflection rather than as a time to set up goals. I look back and try to focus on what went really right in the past year, what I want more of and then I set intentions rather then goals.
I love having a little book for an agenda. It lets me keep all my little notes to myself somewhere I can find them later lol I take time to write myself reminders for later in the year, ask myself questions so when I get to that time I am reminded to reflect and adjust.
