If you have been looking around on the web for a life coach, you most certainly have seen various life coaching membership offers. You might wonder…What is a life coaching membership and Why would I want to join? Though coaches vary in their specific offerings, a membership typically offers a dedicated, password protected page or area filled with resources (audios, ebooks, exercises, coaching tips), and group coaching calls. There may be additional perks to being a member, as well. Here are three key reasons why a membership might be just the thing you need to help you achieve your goals.
It is self-paced. You choose the resources that interest you most from the member page and apply them in areas that are meaningful to you.
It is affordable. Typically, memberships are much less expensive than individual coaching. For instance, my Success Club is only $37 per month for a twelve month subscription (this price is effective for members who join on or before Aug 31. Sept 1, the price increases to $97 per month). Compare this price to my current individual monthly coaching packages which start at $297 per month and go up to $497. You can clearly see some cost savings here.
Plus, you get the support of content rich group calls to really lock in learning and create some accountability. You also may get some additional perks. For instance, my members end up with unlimited email access to me throughout the life of their membership. It’s hard to put a dollar value on unlimited email support. My members are able to ask questions and get answers on a wide variety of topics and issues.
When you are checking out life coaching membership sites or clubs, be sure you understand the commitment (time and money) and the components (what you actually get). If you are the type of person who enjoys being able to set your own pace, yet also, get some group support; you might find a great fit choosing a life coaching membership.
