Enjoy More Time, Freedom and Abundance Starting Today: Secrets for Putting Your Business Growth on Autopilot

Perhaps you’ve heard that old joke. Congratulations on owning your own business, now you only have to work half a day…Which 12 hours do you want to work?

That joke is much funnier if it isn’t a true reflection of your everyday reality.

You own your own business. You have a product or service that you believe in. You want to get your message out in a big way, to all those who can benefit from what you have to offer. But you didn’t sign up for overwork, struggle, burnout, and scarcity. You want to thrive in your business, help a lot of people, and enjoy your life.

Have you begun to fear that your dream will never become a reality? Do you sometimes think of throwing in the towel and getting a j-o-b? Take heart. You can create all the success you’re dreaming of, and you can relish the journey.

During my January 17th presentation of “Grow Your Business Fast: 5 Secrets to Prosper Today,” I’ll discuss in detail the 5 keys to explosive business growth that are usually only available to members of my individual and group coaching programs.

Whether you attend the call live or opt to listen to the recording, you’ll learn how to:

Clarify Your Direction

Upgrade Your Skills

Strategize Your Actions

Optimize Your Environment

Master Your Psychology

These exact secrets helped me increase my income by at least 700 percent in a very short amount of time. Whether you are a brick-and-mortar business owner, a life coach, a massage therapist, a freelance writer or anything in between, you can benefit from the January 17th presentation of “Grow Your Business Fast: 5 Secrets to Prosper Today.”

As discussed in the free excerpt of my book “How One Writer Shifted From Settling For $12 An Hour To Prospering At Over $90 An Hour,” until I mastered these business success secrets, I was underemployed and spiritually miserable. I’m grateful for the opportunity to teach you how to change your life NOW during the Winter Success Summit: A New Year: A New YOU.

Now go out and have your best year ever!

Stephanie Mojica, an award-winning writer and business prosperity coach, has worked side-by-side with executives at prestigious companies, including NBC, CBS, the “Dr. Phil” show, “Inside Edition,” Columbia Pictures, and Harvard University. What are your best planning and goal setting tips?

Just about everyone on the planet engages in some type of planning or goal setting around the new year- even if you don’t set resolutions (I don’t do traditional resolutions anymore).

I am curious about your process…

Do you look at what is working and amplify it?

Do you look at what didn’t work and fix it or nix it?

Do you have a logical methodical process?

or are you intuitive and let inspiration hit you and then act?

What tools do you use? A planner? a calendar? Are you completely paperless?

Have you created a New Year’s ritual? I would love to hear your thoughts.

Warmest,

Methods for Setting Priorities and Planning

Since it is the New Year…and we are all planning away for a rocking 2011, I thought I would include some popular methods for prioritizing your days.

Methods for Setting Priorities and Planning

80/20 rule:  states that people spend 80% of their time accomplishing 20% of their to-do lists. If you have a list of ten things, select your top two to make sure that they get done during the day. Then work your way down the rest of the list. ( Koch)

A, B, C :   Make your list and assign priorities A for the most important, B for the next , and C for the least. Work on your A items first. Then B, etc.  If an item on your list is consistently a C item and remains on your list unaccomplished for days, consider removing the item from your list or reassign the priority level.

1, 2, 3:    Same idea as A, B, C but using numbers instead

Yes, no, maybe: Assign values to your to do list based on:  yes, I must do this today; maybe I will do this today; or no I will not do this today.

Covey’ s 4 Quadrants. (from Seven Habits for Highly Effective People)

The goal is to spend majority of time in Quadrant 2, then Quadrant 1.

6 Most Important Things to Do List:  Make a list of your six most important things to do each day. As each is accomplished , cross it off the list. If anything is left on the list, it goes on the next day’s list and stays on the list until accomplished or priorities change. ( I first learned about this in a book written by Mary Kay Ash).

The above methods are suggestions to get you started, pick one that seems workable and suited to your style and your life.

Whatever you decide to use…the idea is that a person needs to be able to decide what is important…and act on that rather than being paralyzed by a huge unmanageable list.

It’s 2011…make it the best year of your life

It’s 2011…How are you going to make it the Best Year of Your Life?

Start with a goal poster. Cut up pictures, captions, etc from magazines (they should be meaningful to you) and put on a poster board. (If you have kids…have them create one, too). Once you are finished, put up your poster in a prominent place. I have mine in my Master Bathroom.

Then, make a list of the experiences you desire-More peace? More passion? More energy? More joy? Focus on how these experiences contribute to your life. What does having more peace mean to you? Does it mean deep, restful sleep and/or an overall feeling of relaxation? What about passion? Do you truly love what you do? If not, how can you change it or eliminate it? If you need more energy, what foods are you eating and what are you doing to move your body? If you  desire more joy, are you living in the moment , forgiving people, forgiving yourself, and focusing your thoughts in the right direction? Reflect on these questions in your journal.

Establish a ritual that starts each day. Mine is listening to music, lighting candles, using essential oils (pomegranate is my favorite), praying, meditating, and writing in my journal.

Trust your intuition to guide you in taking on new projects and opportunities. If you need some inspiration around taking action steps. Check out my new audio Inspired Action.

Sending blessings and love to you this year.

I wish you the best year of your life.

No More New Year’s Resolutions

I use to be the person who made lists and lists of new year’s resolutions. Items on  my list were usually exercising, dropping the weight gain from the holidays, working toward’s a promotion at work, saving more money, etc. Then about four years ago…I made the resolution to make no resolutions. How liberating. Did I stop planning? No. This is the shift that I made:

Instead of creating lists of goals, I changed over to creating  a visualization of the entire year, inlcuding painting a picture of my life having accomplished all of my goals already. First, I write it all down (it is usually several pages), then I practice the visualization. So for instance, right now, I am visualizing as if it is Dec 9, 2011 and reflecting back over 2011 appreciating everything in my life. In my picture, I include my business, my personal life, my family life, my spiritual life, my intellectual life, etc…it is the whole picture with very part of me.

What I noticed is that I am easily able to create the feeling of accomplishment…which is the vibration that a person needs in order to manifest successfully.

I am curious about how you handle the idea of New Year’s Resolutions? Do you make them? Do you keep them? Do you do something differently?

Warmest,

Sheri Kaye Hoff
